I should really be sleeping...

Hi all,
Yes, it's almost 3:00 am; I should really be sleeping but, just over three hours ago, a friend called. And we chatted.
I don't make friends easily: my guarded--but not mistrustful--nature always wants to reassert itself. However, the friends I do have are more precious to me than anything I can think of.
I hung up the phone a few minutes ago.
Right now, I'm grinning from ear to ear. "And when you're smiling, the whole world smiles along with you."
Thanks, my friend. Ya done me good. (Who can sleep?)

Morning,
Yes what a great and long conversation that turned into, eh?
It wasn't easy for me to get to sleep so I watched a little bit of tv and finally fell asleep.
I was super charged and didn't think I was going to be able to fall asleep at first.
I think we had the same ear to ear smile.
I'm so sorry I kept you up so long though.
I'm good at gabbing though

Hey there, Merinda!
You know, I never really thought of myself as a phone person but I have to admit that hearing another person's voice is so very good. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, then surely the voice is its music.

Hi,
Merinda's right. When I was a teenager my brother called me a girl because I was on the phone so much.
I would have kissed him, but he would have punched my lights out.
I think last night/this morning it was like 4 hours and the first time was like 3. I feel so guilty though because I can talk for like ever. Sorry again CJ.

Thats pretty cool you all can do that. Heck, I can't even stay on the phone with my Mom for an hour unless she carries the conversation. Never was much for gabbing, I reckon.

I'm very much looking forward to another "shortened beauty sleep" in the future. And remember... Montreal is a gorgeous city. It really is. You'll have to check that out for yourself, though. I'll be waiting.

One of my best friends said that I was feminine and I should be a girl
I stopped right there and hugged her lol
Then I thought about it quickly and turned it into a tackle
