Which alien are you?

Post by CJ »

Hi all,

I've often felt like an alien in this world. Par for the course when you're marginal(ized), eh? The Hollywood alien I can most relate to is Jeff Bridges' "Starman." His sense of wonder and discovery before the human world is yet no bulwark against the fact that this world is slowly killing him.

Which alien are you? And why? (Notice that I'm looking here for "earthbound" aliens--no Star Wars cantina sequence allowed! )

Love,
CJ

I, too, identify with Starman. Not only for his sense of wonder but also for...
"Red means stop, green go, yellow go faster...".

Or, the other one that comes to mind is Alf. Hmmm... now where did that cat go...? :P

Uncle Martin O'Hara, from My Favorite Martian

Uncle Martin spent hundreds of years trying to understand the emotional nature of human beings inhabiting the world he is marooned on.
Martians are benevolent, self-sacrificing, and steadfastly morally good and kind. ("We can’t help it. Our heredity is programmed that way.")

When I was younger I could always relate to Gort (The day the Earth stood still) No face, emotionless. It's eerie how clouded my mind was back then. Nowadays, I think more like the Borg (Star Trek) ...a blend of everthing.

"You too will be assimilated!"
..OO..

I was going to say Klatu (Michael Rennie) from that movie , but for women power you couldn't go past Noble Neolani (Francine York) from an episode of lost in space.
