I guess I'm making my annual appearance back to the forums.

First, I'm really glad to see this place thriving!
That is a wonderful thing!

Second, there's this 'NEW' Transgender Issues forum! WOW!

I don't have time today to read all the posts I've missed for... what ... THE LAST YEAR! ? Give or take a few months.

I'll probably cruise through and check out the latest ones though.

I've been talking with someone who some of you might remember... JenniferMu from Australia.
We've been emailing ever since she first came here seeking answers about her father.
She seems to be holding up well. A few changes in the family life, lots of struggles, heartbreak with some good things happening.
She's one amazing young lady!

I got to thinking about this wonderful place while emailing her today, and thought I'd pop in to see what's happening.
Hope you don't mind!

I did want to share some things, and I think they belong in the TG Issues forum.

I read the 'Announcements' page and all I want to say for now is that I am so thankful Sharon is doing well, and that Shannon was able to update things.

I've seen some familiar names, CJ, Elizabeth, Anne and all the others.
Glad to see such wonderful people holding all this together!
As veteran as you all are, it's even more amazing since you all are so young ('veteran' sounded a bit 'old', sorta like being asked if you want the 'senior' discount)

I'm not sure I'll hang around a lot, but I'm happy to be able to drop in.

I'm not the most articulate person here, but yes..it seems the forum is doing fine. I'm quite happy when I see the number of registered users, it seems to be growing. But mainly, I would like to thank the moderators, founders and all others involved with making this such a wonderful place. Its not an easy thing to do..so take a moment to think of their efforts..and thank them. So..many hugs to you all,,,if no one else does..I thank you

Yes, the forum seems to be doing pretty good. I think it's just the right size. It's still small enough that it can be moderated really well... and we do have some great Mods...

And by the way, I'm healing a little more each day. Hopefully in another few months I'll be almost back to my old self again...
