The above link will take you to a dealer that sells the newest synthetic Diamonds from "Stauer."

I have purchased the 3-stone ring recently and agree with everything they say about this ring. In Platinum over Sterling Silver or 18kt Gold Vermeil over Sterling Silver.

2.5 microns of Gold over .956 Sterling Silver for the Vermeil version.

The picture presented is a true representation of this ring. I purchased the 18kt Gold Vermeil (Vermay) ring to go with my necklace and watch that are both in 10kt Gold.

For years I have used these cheap $10 and $20 dollar rings because no one would every really know the difference until they "turned" as they always do after a time.

The ring is $129.00 + $16.00 shipping USA.

Best darn thing I have done for my self outside of my IPL treatments and being accepting of my TG self!!!     :) :)

Hi Girls:

The above link should take you to a page that shows:

Single round real mined diamonds of various clarity all in the "D" color range. Ignore the picture they show, it is for appearances only and does not reflect the true brillance of these high quality diamonds.

Note that the synthetic diamonds from "Stauer" have no carbon particulates in them so they are GIA rated as vvs2 or better. The GIA rating system counts carbon particulates in a diamond to determine it's clarity rating, not color.

vvs2 "D" diamonds at 1.00 carat market for around $12,000US these days. Diamonds that are carbon particle free in the "D" class family 1.0 carat go as high as $50,000US, depending on the cut and points.

Phew!

Hi Girls:

Perhaps trivial, but none the less, the ring is wearing well 16 hours/day. No signs of any deterioration, discoloration or scratches on the gold or the diamond surfaces (as would be expected).

The luster remains in everyway by visual perception.

Not very scientific of course, but as with the cheaper rings it is not long before they turn color, scar and even loose their stones.

:) :) :)

Well it is June 2007. I got my ring in Aug. 2006 and have worn it everyday, all day. The gold plating has worn off around the band area on the inside of the finger area.

I expected this as we all should. The ring underneath is solid silver so that is not too bad. The platinum over silver is $99.00. If you are only going to wear on special occasions then the $149.00 Gold version is worth it.

The diamonds (man made) have a great luster! I get compliments all the time and then, a few that ask why I am wearing such a ring, of course. "Because I can," I reply most often.

The ring is a nice addition to my daily jewelry collection and they get a real work out.
