i've just joined the forum. i would like to learn more about the site as to not break any of the rules. i apologise if these questions have been answered here before.
1- what does "sticky" mean?
2- what does it mean when the circles next to the topics are spining?
3- how do i find answers to questions "that have been posted in the past" so i don't reask them?

1- what does "sticky" mean?
It means a mod/administrator has marked the thread so it will remain (stick) at the beginning of the Topic and not be replaced by newer threads.

It means there are new posts that you have not yet read.

Try the "Search" feature.
