How is it when I log into chat it doesn't show up that I am in the chat room?

Don't know. I just tried it three times in a row and it worked for me.

Try opening chat (using right click on the mouse) in a new tab or new window while logged into the forum.

Chat system must be slow as after I logged out then it show me in chat

I've never experienced Chat not recognizing me, but maybe that's because it knows better?!?

The software for the Forum and ChatRoom shows members (and guest count, for the open forum) as follows:

This data is based on users active over the past five minutes

That's why it appears the system is slow . . . you may have been logged in/out within that 5-minute window where the system didn't recognize you.
