I wanted to add a photo and I'm being told I'll exceed my alloted space. So how do I delete some so I can add some?

A couple of ways.

one is to Go to the photo gallery
click on "My gallery"
Click on the picture you want to delete
below the displayed picture, bottom right, is a "delete this file" button
