It told me that only admins could reply to that thread. So where are you getting the questions that have been logged into your posts in that thread?

Lydia sent PM for her issue, and Carol Ann posted in the Ask Us section. I'll try changing the Update thread from a sticky to a normal post. Let's see if that finally allows users to post, or if it's still only admins because it's the Announcements forum. If that's the case, I'll have to move the thread to the Ask Us section. Thank you for bringing that to my attention!

Unfortunately, the Announcements section does not permit posts from members, and we forgot about that detail!
