Private message delays? - Answered

Just wondering if I am doing something incorrectly. When I send a private message to another member (not in chat, but by using the "PM" icon in their profile), I see it goes to my "outbox" but sometimes never gets moved to my "sent" box. Is there something I need to do to complete the delivery? Thanks!
