I have some pics of me but they will not fit album states the sizes are too large.

If you don't have a program for resizing your pictures, then use or download one of the free ones on the Internet.

Photos must be re-sized to fit the requirements for both the Avatar and the Photo Gallery. More information may be found here:

AVATARS:
Avatars should contain a face, even if the face is blurred. Partial body shot avatars, that do not include the face, will not be permitted and will be removed immediately. Basically, avatars follow the same guidelines as does the Photo Gallery (no nudity, etc.).

Please also pay close attention to this portion of the Photo Gallery rules:

In addition, all members, especially the new members, are encouraged to make several posts before uploading photos, and 5 posts is a good starting point. Sure, we'd like to see what you look like, but we would also like your participation at the Forum. Posts made in the Arts & Leisure and Special Occasions sections will not count towards the 5 post minimum, nor will posts welcoming New Members. In other words, we want to see active participation before you start uploading photos.

You will also notice that the "Latest Additions" section in the Photo Gallery only displays the 10 most recent photos that have been uploaded. As a matter of courtesy, you are asked to not upload more than 5 images at any one time (limiting it to 3 or 4 is even better), and by doing so other members' new photos will also have the chance to be displayed in the "Latest Additions" section. Please keep in mind that the Photo Gallery is not meant to be an online-brag-book, and all members are limited to a maximum of 25 photos in the Photo Gallery.
