Password problem - Answered

Hello, I am trying to make a new password in my profile but it won't let me as I don't remember my old one. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, Mary Ellen -
If you are having trouble changing your password because you don't remember it (you are having your pc remember it for you?!?), then you'll have to log in differently.
First, you will go to the log in screen and put in your user name, and when your password automatically fills in, delete it. Next, click on the "forgot password" button. The system will automatically email you a temporary password with instructions on how to use it.
Once you have successfully logged in, go to your profile and insert that temporary password where it asks for your current password. Enter the new password that you want where indicated, then scroll to the bottom and click "submit". Remember to keep your new password in a safe location.
As a reminder to everyone: All passwords here are encrypted and the Site Admins do not have access to them! If anyone forgets - or loses - their password, they must follow the above instructions, especially those that are sent via email to you.
