Looks like we are having trouble in accessing the chat room once again.

It would really help if you could be a whole lot more specific!


What is happening? When is it happening? Are you receiving any error codes and, if so, exactly what do they say???

Is it happening to just you, or to (most) everyone who logs in to the chat room?

What type of browser are you (and/or others) using?

Are you regularly updating your Adobe Flash software?

FYI, nobody should be attempting to access the chat room using their Apple products like iPads or iPhones, because those devices DO NOT support the Flash software used in our chat room.

For the whole day today if you tried to log into the chatroom all you got was " This website cannot display this page ". Everything else in the forum is working, but not the chat room.

I was getting in and seeing my messages but no one else's. Leeza, via pm, also said she was having trouble. I saw there was a flash update for me and I installed it. It did not help.

The same problem exists today.

I briefly went into Chat last night, thought that I was the only one there (I was not, but didn't know it). It turned out that Leeza was also in the room, she could see what I wrote but I could not see anything she wrote, let alone the fact that she was in the chat room with me.

It would appear - based upon my phone conversation with Leeza last night - that we are having the same problems as before: crashed data tables within the FlashChat software.

Caith has been sent a message and I know that she will work on this issue as soon as her schedule permits.

In the meantime, I would suggest that everyone just be patient!

Well SL, I hope Caith gets the message and can fix the problem soon because usually Saturday night is chat night and her highness Celia will be upset if no one will be able to chat
