An observation and a question - Answered

I'm was on only one other forum but noticed on both most of the moderators and administrators are women. I also realized the women on each have a place to talk in private but the men do not. I would just like to know the reasoning behind why that is necessary.
" Forum n, The marketplace of an ancient Roman city forming the center of judicial and public business. A public meeting place for open discussion. A medium of open discussion." In all the definitions of the word forum the word private is never mentioned.

This has been discussed in both forums quite a bit Jeannie.

It has been determined that the RGs sometimes get "attacked" when making some posts because a CD or two took offense to it, or may have come from a bad relationship and decided to be confrontational just for the hell of it.

What ever the reason, it became apparent that if we didn't want to lose their participation in the forum, then they should have a place to go and talk so they can giive each other support without worrying if a CD would be offended.

Note that crossdressers.com forum does, however, have a private GM (genetic males) section as well as the private GG forum.

We've discussed that here as well, and the overall concensus was we didn't want or need a private area for the GMs.

Anyone wanting to have a place for private talk can feel free to join the crossdressers.com forum.
