Question about Photo Page - Answered

When you look at the top of an individuals photo photo page there is a button for email (ecards) a box pops indicating permission to use needed. Does this feature work ? just curious ?

I think that feature has been disabled.
Heck, I can't even find how to modify my albums now. And the top of the page says log in although I already am. I can view albums no problem.

I logged out and back in again, and now I can work on my albums.

That feature is disabled. If you want to contact the member, you'll need to send a PM through the Forum, not the Gallery.
