Trangender Friendly Shopping

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Hi JoAnn. I clicked on a number of cites including OKC, San Jose, and Wilmington and checked out the offerings. Mostly nothing, and of the few present, it was mail order companies out of Florida. I think it is a potential resource that has been strongly ignored by business. Maybe they don't know about it, or they do not want to be linked to it. I did note that Fashion Bug as a corporation is listed, and I do know those stores are mostly TG friendly in the OKC area, and so is Lane Bryant, Marshall's, and of course Ross (crossdress for less) :) stores. Mostly none of my friends in transition have been asked to not return to any mainstream store they have patronized in this area, and are usually offered the use of dressing rooms. I also saw that none of the trans/glbq friendly churches are listed under that category, nor any of the hair salons I know are LGBTQ friendly.

FWIW

Anyway, not so useful, I think.
