Speaking of leaks. It took ten years for my first pair to leak. The simple fix is scotch tape. The tape even stayed when I washed the forms. I forget who first told me about using tape.
Now if you girls ever decide to donate your used forms to a mastectomy fitting salon (whatever they are called), they can't take ones that leak. Where I had gotten mine, they received the used one and give them to a clinic; when I tried to give mine, that's when I found they couldn't take leaks. It's a health thing.
I didn't mention before, but I have the triangular shapes. I also opt'ed to be smaller than aver versus larger than average. My girls seem just fine. None of my friends have really commented on my size though. I would suspect if they were "too" either way, they certainly would let me know.

I agree with Lana. I own a pair of Gold Seal forms from the Breast Form Store and the seal has seperated on the back of one of them. I thought maybe I did something worng. I don't know what to do now. I was thinking about contacting them to see if they would replace it But, it sounds like they are not going to care. I paid $170 for them and can't justify spending that much again.
I love my tities but I'm about to loose my right breat. I feel like a girl who is about to have a mastectomy.

I am a better man as a woman with a woman, than I could ever be as a man with a woman.

Some places sell singles at reasonable prices. You'd have to be careful about sizing to keep symmetry. Truekare has triangle singles for $36. Ebay also tends to have reasonable prices but quality is unclear.Mary Sanders wrote:I agree with Lana. I went to the breast form store. They were wonderful. I ordered in the dark not knowing anything. When I got my first pair they were size 10 D. They were huge and if I ran over the box with my car it would have torn the front wheels off.
Since they are expensive I called and asked for help. I was recommended the triangle shaped forms due to my muscular chest. I also got a size 8 C and they were plenty large. They fit really well under a bra against my chest and de-emphasize the size of my chest. I bought a smaller size to sleep in and I wear them with a nightgowns made for breastforms. They gave me a return on the others, I was glad UPS had a 70 pound limit when I sent them back.

Vivian,
I saw you got a pair of forms to sleep in. Are they the ones they sell for seeping in? If not you may need to know that the regular form that the BFS sells are not for sleeping. I would hate to see you spend the money for some nice forms only to have them puncture or leak, by wearing them incorrectly.
Hugs,
Erica

I purchased mine from www.janetscloset.com. Very good feeling and some of the cheapest priced also. Very good web site to view. No complaints.

Erica,
The smaller breast form store pair I bought to sleep in weren't made for sleeping. I never roll over when I sleep and sleep entirely on my back due to several injuries that are cronic now. I have been sleeping in them for four months and have had no problems. Occasionally my wife throws her arm over me but she is little and I don't think it will be a problem. Thanks for you reply doll.
