Weight...

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

It took me a year to go from 22/24 to an 18/20. July 4th seems a lofty goal!

why July 4th, slow and steady wins. It is a good stready progression if you can looose 1 pound per wk. that would be about 10 pounds by July 4th. Usually you drop one dress size for every 10-12 pounds lost. 8)

Weight has always been a problem for me, I wore a womans size14 when I was 12 an 18 in high school, it has took me a life time to just except that I am just ment to be big. Happy now at size 20 .Size is a number, sexy is a state of mind. The goal should be what ever weight you feel good at.

Weight is a problem for all us -- even the skinny girls. I don't care to be as heavy as I am, but ya know? They finally figured out we big girls like pretty things too so I am just a big pretty girl instead of a less big pretty girl.

If you are intend on weight loss, please be sensible and you know exercise is also a requirement. Good luck.

If you lose weight fast, you'll just gain it back fast. Patience, an informed plan you can live with. That is, things you like to eat,so you don't feel deprived all the time, and a good consistent excercise program are the way to go.

This seems to be a constant theme, I know we have had discussion s about weight before, of course there is the element that there is nothing we can do about our height, but we can control our weight. The simple answer to weight loss is eat less, do more, but as a couple of the ladies have said do it slow, fast off, fast on ~ I know I have some personal experience of this. To successfully loss weight and maintain that loss you need to change your lifestyle, your habits not just of eating, but how much exercise you take. Not just going to the gym or something like that, but do you take the car when you could walk? do you sit on your lawn mower or push it? who cleans your windows? These sort of choices effect our weight as much as how much chocolate or beer we consume

yes, it's a consistent theme...... what a bunch of insecure girls we are :P

that's interesting isn't it, that as we dress like women we more and more think like women :?

but the ladies are right, one doesn't lose weight fast, and it's a constant struggle. for me it isn't about the weight as about the body shape. I don't mind my weight so much and I can wear a size 10 (I'm happy about that), but I really wish I had less belly and more butt and boobs.....

anyway, good luck with your goals, and just remember that it's a continual effort and one must really make some fundamental lifestyle changes.
