General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

I love the way every time I come on the forum, I tend to look to see who's on with me and there are always guests in the house...Hi girl guests. Just join us so we may meet you and say hi. We aren't all that weird or strange, are we girls??? Well maybe just a touch. Well everyone except the girls from "across the pond". They tend to drive on the wrong side of the road. Must be that parallel universe thing I've been hearing about. But they are still nice too!!! So Hi visitors and welcome. -wel-

I mostly agree with you, but please remember that some of those 'guests' are actually spambots trying to register for the forum, and they are so not welcome here. [-(

Those non-spambot guests are more than welcome - and encouraged - to join our cyber family!! :)

So if you are not a robot welcome and remember as Brian Blessed said "watch out the Brits are coming" I'll just say it in a much gentler voice

Yes, here on the right side of the Atlantic we persist in thinking that the left side of the road is the right side thus proving that we have communist tendencies. Indeed Karl Marx is buried here and that proves it. Of course, this meant that we lost the American war of Independence as such things rot the moral fibre of the nation. On the other hand, we also played host to perhaps the first name CDer, Chevalier D'Eon, so that's something in our favour. But you've had a CD head of the FBI, which is probably better, except that J. Edgar Hoover doesn't seem like much of role model.

Sorry, was this about guests...?

Yes - I'd like to echo the welcome to anybody circling the bowl at present! I have found people here to be both friendly and supportive. Though at times it feels like sharing a jacuzzi with your weird cousin, it is good to re-connect with the more rarified offshoots of our gene pool! So if you are of sound european stock, or even if you are just another American - please know that you are welcome!

Oh - and sometimes we talk about wearing girls stuff as well!

Hugs Ginny x

P.S. Ashley - if you ever decide to start a rock group - How about "Ashley Rose and the Spambots!"

I used to have a Dixieland Jazz five peace band called the "Monty Bodkin Big Band" Monty Bodkin was my cat but there is the star prize of a big virtual hug for the first person identifying who the cat was named after

Odd Bodkins? A character in a 60s comic I barely remember. Maybe the Chaucer's Tales Coloring Book, with drawings by one of the underground greats (not R Crumb), whose name I don't remember?
