Oh My...

This past Sunday, I went to church with Mama Bear and the only things I wore that were drab were my sneakers, socks and outer shirt, (a man tailored button down collar dress shirt). The rest of my “outfit” consisted of: black thigh high lace top nylons, Hot red lace all over cheeky panties, black girlie jeans, an alabaster cami, girlie top, girlie belt, make-up, (consisting of: eye shadow, mascara, compact powder, blush, lipstick and gloss, while none of this was overly heavy, if you looked and payed attention, there was no mistaking that I had make-up on). M.B. said I am dying to get made, but I keep telling her that no one REALLY pays that much attention to very much and to stop worrying so much. She says I really don’t care and laughs at me but I do and am careful not to go over the top. (Small town and I know a lot of people.) I don’t hide in the corner and am very out there with people. The only thing I worried a little about was the cami. If you hugged me and rubbed your hand on my back, you could feel the outline of the cami but really, no problems that I know of. Of course, they may ALL be talking about me this week, who knows. (Tee-Hee-Hee)
I think two guys, yes GUYS, tried to make a pass at me though. One put his arm around my waist and pulled me close and said I was cuter than the last time he saw me, and I told him, “Yes I am, thanks for noticing.”, and then kissed him on the cheek and we both laughed. Then another friend, yes FRIEND, told me that “You look great. I mean you really are hot today.”. Again, I thanked him He also put his arm around my waist and pulled me close. MB and I had a good laugh over this at lunch at the local Mexican restaurant. Oh, yeah, I also had my nails done in a very pale pink, almost un-noticeable unless you were looking directly at them, but none the less... Then I think a guy tried to put the moves on me at Wally-World tonite. I was feeling especially girlie-cute and was sitting on the bench taking a breather after sweeping through “My Department”, AKA the ladies department, to see if there was anything of interest, and he just rolled in and docked on the bench with me trying to be nonchalant, and kind of tried to start a conversation with me but I was having none of it. He actually tried three different times and I snubbed him all three times. (I told MB that he wasn't my type...she laughed and said, “You silly Jayne”.) Probably just a coincidence, but you never know. Maybe I’m reading into things too much. Oh well...it did my girlie ego good to FINALLY get some attention. Maybe they were all closet homo or bi-sexuals and felt that this was a good time to make a move on a "cute CDer". Or not...who knows and who cares. It lit me up and I was in stealth girl mode. (Mustache and lower lip hair prevents me from passing as anything BUT a dude.) Hey, I’ll take a pass from a questionable sort now and then. I'm a bit questionable myself. If it starts happening to frequently, I may have to re-evaluate what kind of signals I’m sending out. LOL If they only knew what I REALLY was wearing underneath it all, they would all, (Probably) die. (Snicker) Well, that’s the latest from my cute little world. Comments welcome. If you have a mustache and lower lip hair, but look girly otherwise, maybe these guys have some notion about your sexuality, don't care, and play up to what they perceive. Friendly fun in the first two instances, something more? in the last.

Probably it was all just harmless flirting. We all like to be told that we're cute, and I'm sure your friends just wanted you to know that your extra efforts did not go unnoticed. Maybe they are closet something or another too, or maybe they are hinting that they know about you and are encouraging you. Now next week when they say " I was shopping on Saturday and I saw this really cute dress that would look just perfect on you" then you will really know
