Developments
Recently, my s/o and I separated after almost 7 years of marriage. Although she knew I wore ladies shoes and that I had dressed once and liked it, she did not know that I still dress and still enjoy it. Now that I am on my own, I get to be Laycee on a nightly basis. My toenails stay painted, I gained the courage to shave my legs and the wardrobe is getting better. I would have to say that being able to be Laycee at this time has been, and still is, a wonderful form of therapy. It has always been that whenever Laycee was around, her male side problems did not the focus and has helped me figure out what I could. Anyway, just thought I'd share - thanks for reading!

Re: Developments
I have the experience where, when I get dressed up, I go into a different place. Like basically I get taken over by "my woman" - that is I experience myself as a woman (it swings in and out, but still). It used to be that it wasn't as intense but, the last few years, there's no denying that's what's happening. It has always been that whenever Laycee was around, her male side problems did not the focus and has helped me figure out what I could.
One big change has accompanied that. On multiple occasions I've found my mind "goes some other place" and, at some point I suddenly realise I've solved some problem that's been bugging me. Then I get out of the clothes (doesn't always happen like this, but there are a lot of occasions). It's like I take all the information that's been whirling around in my brain and make some sort of sense of it, conceptualise.
Is that related to what happens to you (or am I projecting)?

Re: Developments
pretty much...being Laycee with a clear mind helps me prioritize what my male self needs to accomplish
