General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Yes, it has happened in the past.
My Wife and I shop at particular stores where we live, I used to get stared
at all the time. Examples: sales girls would always give my stuff to wife,
or make comments like "You have that item in 2 different sizes", or the best one yet was "That's not going to fit you".
How we fixed the problems:
Wife gave me the bags & said in front of the girls "Heres your' stuff honey"
Secondly: Wife would say in front of the sales girls "This is going to look
soo cute on you honey".
These reactions stopped the Comments & Stares from the Clerks, and
now we have a great relationship with them.
Any time new Clerks are hired and we come in to shop they are told right
away that I am a Cross Dresser and We spend a lot of money in the shops, so treat us nice :)
So moral to the story is to make money treat everybody equally and
Don't stare.....................
Island girls rule.........:-)

If you pay attention, people ussually stare at strangers on the streets for no particular reason (at least on places I have been). I don't know, I guess people sometimes just act like idiots.

I always do my shopping "drab", I was stared a couple of times, but most often nobody cares.
the funny thing is, I was stared in complete different situations; shopping for other things, walking with my girlfriend, or just standing outside my house.
That's why I say sometimes people are unpredictable
maybe this issue has nothing to do with crossdressing,
What it feels like for a girl....
