By her wearing slacks she showed it was acceptable for women to be seen wearing "men's clothing" - - but I don't recall ever seeing Katherine Hepburn wearing dresses or skirts!!
Oh SL, you just need to look further than you pretty nose my dear. =D> Stephanie

Stephanie W - -

OK, dear girlfriend, I'll look past my pretty nose and admit that the great dame Katherine Hepburn wore beautiful dresses - - and I just love the first one shown! ^^_||

However, I still stand by my statement - - that I don't recall seeing her in dresses - - but maybe those that are (so much) older than I would remember Katherine dressed that way!! <|>|<|>

Welcome back, my friend - and to think that I was actually starting to miss being teased by you!! :P

Hmm, the very fact that you invoked Katherine Hepburn in the first place made me think you were from her 'era' which is kinda cool so no need to be sheepish about it. "Audrey Hepburn" says Ricki.....hey, maybe she's right. SL could be having a faux blonde moment or getting her knickers in a twist. I think she needs a big ((G)) ))ok((

Sorry, Stephanie, but I did not bring up Katherine Hepburn's name - - Stephanie H did!! Besides that, girlfriend, you are only a few years older than I!

Nope - I wasn't thinking of Audrey Hepburn, either!! Every movie I can recall seeing Katherine Hepburn in she was wearing slacks - so maybe that was in her later years? ***huh***

Faux blonde moment? Knickers in a twist? Gheesh, what a girlfriend! :)

I will take the big hug from you, though - I'm sure my other girlfriend won't get too jealous!!

Grannies? Stephanie, dear, you really are showing your age now!! :P

I'll never figure out why you're my silly girlfriend - but I'm glad that you are - silly girlfriends can tease each other and get away with it!!

Glad to see you haven't lost your teasing ways!!

Showing my age huh? Actually, any self respecting cd would have a keen interest in panties and the numerous type available these days. Even a little research of popular underwear from years gone by, all helps to round out one's knowledge of the finer and pretty things in life - hence my knowledge of your grannies.

I couldn't agree more, silly girlfriends can tease each other and it's even more fun when you deserve it! :P

Katherine Hepburn

I like Katherine Hepburn she was one of my favorite stars. Her and my aunt Agnes and could have been twin sisters in her later years. It is amazing how people from different families can look so much a like.

I love petti's and the 50's dresses that go with them; YES, I wish they would come back! At least a lot of this year's catalogs are showing more fem clothing, but I hardly ever see any real girls wearing them. Makes it harder to pass if you are the only "woman" wearing a dress.

Here's an older pic of me with a chiffon petticoat and full skirted sundress. As you can see by my avatar, I have lost the pageboy though.
