Paulie is right, one other suggestion is to buy a pair of Women's shoe strechers at the local shoe repair shop. The come with cute little buttons that pop in the places that are causing you problems. Good luck, it will make those toes comfey

I have been wearing size 12, although I think I would be fine in a 11.5 but can't find them (at least inexpensive).
I just ordered two pairs of shoes from Payless, again size 12. One is a lower cute sneaker which goes with my jean skirt. I think I may fit a size 11 wide in these. I wish they had them at the store to try on but I only found them on line.

I wear a 12 myself most of the time. I do have a couple of pairs of heels in an 11 that just fit me. A little tight but not unbearable.
I went to payless with my wife and only saw one pair f size 12 and they were not very appealing to me. In fact, they were down right ugly. I've gotten shoes from Target( or as thr french say, Targe') but they seam to only carry up to size 11 also.
It sounds like we would both be taller if we didn't have so much bent under.
