Hi, Donna -

I don't believe that will happen anytime in the near future, there are simply too many people in the USA that either do not own or use a computer (and hence don't use the internet), or use credit/debit cards, and there are still many others that do not have a bank account and pay bills via cash, money orders, or cashier checks.
