Which Restroom to use?

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Same here.

Even if you're not particularly passable you are better off using the ladies because they have separate stalls. Just go in, go straight to a stall, do your stuff, out the stall, wash your hands and avoid eye contact.

I tend to go in, smile and sometimes talk to the other girls in the queue, go in and do my stuff (being careful to put the seat back down unless I'm in a naughty mood), come out and wash my hands, sort my lippy and/or make-up, then wander out flashing a smile to the girls in the queue.

Yes I do stand to pee, why? Because I can! I sometimes leave the seat up just for devilment.
It costs a fortune to look this cheap!

So far, using the mens' even while sporting an entirely female appearance hasn't yeilded any bad results except the eventual WTF BRO and the inevitable outing from everyone who sees you going in or walking out. On the other hand l've had security escort me out of a mall for going into a locking-door single ladies' restroom. [-( The logical fallacies of this sears my neurons. Family bathrooms are probably always your best bet, though.

Not entirely sure if this the right place, but anyway here goes...

I was driving up the motorway from Wales to London this evening en femme, I stopped at a services and got myself a coffee sat down and tried to settle for a few minutes into the book I'm reading, however I couldn't help noticing a couple of middle aged women and a man kept checking me out, I was sure my stockingtops weren't showing but did get just a little bit uncomfortable.

Anyway I finnished my coffe and went to the loo, the ladies as that was very much how I was presenting, did what had to be done, washed my hands and as I was drying them one of the ladies who had been checking me out earlier came up behind me and started with "I just want to say...." I thought here goes I'm going to get called a pervert security will be called, will the ground just open up now and swallow me please, but no what followed was "I just want to say, you have great legs, I think you look great, go girl!" WOW

I think she only had the courage to say this and engage me in conversation because we were in the restroom, a safe area, OK I had been read but it transpired she has a brother who dresses, and she is very supportive, this encounter has really bolstered me, that and some fantastic interaction with some waitresses a bit later have made what could have been a difficult weekend into a great experience. But for me this is just another reason to use the "appropriate" facility

I always use the mens, even when wearing womens clothes, because the hardware is male even if it's running female software.

I don't pass as a woman, so someone will probably be uncomfortable. Either the women, because a man is in their space, or the men because some guy is dressed like a woman. So I choose to annoy the men rather than the women, because I like women better.
