With summer now gone...

I'm going to miss all the really nice clothes and frolicking around in shorts, tees/tanks and flip-flops. (boy mode for me).
What is everyone planning on for the fall?

It was warmer here in Virginia this summer than I remember it being, so I for one am looking forward to the cooler nights and days to come. I can put together layered looks with jackets or sweaters. It'll be cool enough for tights and boots, too!

I'll miss the light and breezy look, too, but variety really is a marvelous thing. I've already enjoyed breaking out some boots and a lovely coat or two and best of all? I get to wear my favorite sweater. My wife knitted me this fabulous design that is soft, warm, and stylish with a wide neck that bares a shoulder most of the time. I've even modeled it for a photo on the Revelry knitting site where quite a few people have selected it as one of their favorites.

When it gets colder still I'll turn to tights and thigh-high socks and stockings. I've also got a heavy, long suede skirt that I haven't worn in a while. I wouldn't say I can hardly wait for winter, but at least I feel prepared!

Time to start wearing the longer skirts, and it's now cool enough for stockings to be comfortable. In a couple of months I can wear my fleece skirts and vests again.

It is getting cooler here in Dallas, TX, so time to buy some nice jeans and long sleve blouses for the fall and winter.

While my cding season runs all year round, I'll especially miss the summer (such as it was here this year) with those cute summer fashions. But, with winter approaching, it's not all bad. I rarely wear hose during the summer, so the cooler days will see a welcome return to wearing my favourite stockings under those extra layers.

I've always been more of a fall & winter girl myself, so I was kinda glad to put away the thin & skimpy stuff.

Well being a CDer with hairy arms and legs, I am always in long skirts with opaque tights or TH's, and long sleeves or sometimes 3/4 sleeves. Yes I like all of the cute short sleeve tops and do wear them around home. But for out and about I prefer the cooler fall/winter/spring temperatures. The recent picture of me that I added to the gallery was taken mid summer luckily on a evening with a light breeze.

My cross dressing does not change much when it comes to fall or winter. I do technically wear more fem clothes in fall and winter as I do not wear male jeans any longer.

CJ I really like those boots. Where might I find them without heels?

Never been a fan of shorts in girl or male mode, nor of trousers. Have never worn them in girl mode.In the summer, wide, flowery flowing, knee-long dresses or skirts for me and in fall and winter long skirts and dresses with knickers and thigh-highs underneath or better still suspenders and stockings.

Myself, I have always been much more active in the fall/winter. I can shave my body hair and not have to worry about wearing shorts and other less covering summer clothes.

I wish I had the option of just shaving and not worrying about what people would think, but that would be an issue for my wife. Considering how much she gives to Jessica (mostly support), it is such a minor thing for me to give up.

So yes... I am so ready for winter!
Hugs,
Jessica
