I must be an ignoramus

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

I must be an ignoramus

This event for gay , lesbian , bisexual , intersex and transgender has been going on in this city and I never knew we had a pride march here.
I might have to take a peek next year.

Pride

Post by Anne Bonny »

This seems equivalent to women marching at the turn of the century trying to gain the right to vote in our country. Someday there will be no need. Living at this time courageous individuals need to educate the public or nothing will change. We are seeing a shift in society, there is more acceptance out there. For now Pride Days and education are needed. Thank you for your courage and leadership (your desire to take part).

Merinda,

take my advice and get involved, all the people I have met in our community are lovely people, yes I mean ALL. If you offer your time to the organisers then I think you would have a great time, not just on the march.

This all depends on you - how much fun do you want?
Susan

I know some things.
