I thought this might be an interesting question that doesn't get discussed too much here.

I had a session with my psychiatrist last June/July, with beard, requesting him to give my Urologist the ok to go ahead with the Orchidietomy, which he declined.
It was the beard that was really his stumbling block that someone with a beard was looking at being fem. I must admit it was really my way of partly concealing my fem side. That night the beard was chopped off and I have been clean shaven since, much to my families dislike.

I don't have a beard but I still have my mustache. I have not worked it in to get rid of it yet. I am sure I will look better when I dress with out facial hair.

I've done quite a few rounds of laser hair removal to take care of my facial hair, which wasn't an option so I chose "clean shaven." The parts of my beard that had already gone white remain and I shave those every day, but I suspect I'll use electrolysis to take care of them eventually.

I spent a lot of money and experienced a lot of pain to get rid of my facial hair, which I hated since the day it started growing. My self image has always required me to be "clean shaven".

I use to have a beard. Had a mustache for many years, and shaved it off in 2004, much to my wife's dislike.
Now I'm clean shaven, most of the time, but not always.

Always clean shaven.
Being dressed and having any amount of facial hair brings "look that man's wearing a skirt!" thoughts.
Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhhhh!

I am always clean shaved when dressing and most of my drab time (unless I am just being lazy on the weekend).

I love to be clean shaven. I just can't do it all the time. About twice a year I have to grow it in. But as soon as I can, I shave it all off.

Is it possible to use makeup with a beard? It seems a beard would provide a huge distraction during application. Yet putting it on around a beard would certainly be better than trying than trying to put it on over stubble. Yuck! I can't even think about dressing unless I'm clean shaven. So I don't ever go a day without shaving.

I had a goatee that I have shaved off and kept off since September of last year. I do not think I will grow it back.

I still struggle somewhat with how high to shave in front of my ears. I'd prefer to go all the way up there, but I don't want comments about my total lack of sideburns when I have to be in guy mode.
Hugs,
Bernice

Maybe clean shaven I would use makeup. But I don't like how I look cleanshaven, and don't live shaving either.

No one will notice.
