Days of the week panties

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Days of the week panties

Post by Wendae »

The first panties I ever bought were a days of week set back in the 60's. I guess they still make them. Any body remember the colors for the days of the week? I believe Sunday was white..

I did a web search and you'd be surprised how many vendors still have them.

I had a set once, from Sears

When we first got married in 1976 we were passing a Frederick's Of Hollywood store and they had 'His and Hers' days of the week panty sets!
We went in and bought a set each. My wife's were typical with lace trim and the proper day of the week embroidered on them, (White on Sunday and Black with red trim for Saturday...). My 'boy set' were in matching colors, nylon tricot, no lace and no size tags!! Except..... where someone forgot to cut out the J C Penney tag that said I was wearing a size 6 panty.
Oh! I almost forgot, they also removed the cotton gusset from the bottom of the panty!! Then packaged them and doubled the price!
Since then I just go to J C Penney for my replacements!!
