The highest heels I have are around 4 1/2 to 5 inches, but I don't wear those outside the house...maybe if i went to a bar or club, but i haven't done that yet. Two-three inch heels are really about the maximum I'd wear out for normal activities.

*this*

4 & 5" heels are cute and all, but try walking/standing on them for any length of time longer than it takes ones' self to get to the mailbox on the corner and back... ouch.

Don't have much use for heels anymore as the wife doesn't want me going out anymore. When I did go out they were 3 1/2", normal I would say. Now and again I still were heels around the house and have from 2" to 4" but for comfort I prefer 3 1/2" heels

Mine go up to 5".

Problem is, however, that since my stroke in '07, my right ankle hasn't had the strength to handle heels.

But, maybe with the weight loss there will be enough strength to work. We'll see.

I can and have worn 4" heels out for up to 9 hours with no problems, I do find 5" heels hard to walk in though.

The tallest heels I own are 5" high knee boots and I once wore them for about 500 yards up to the clubhouse to check the mail. Not only were they VERY noisy on the pavement but made my ankles hurt. Guess the older I get the lower my heels will get. :(

As a side note I checked out some wedge heel sandals today about 2.5" at most. They looked so comfy. :)

I'm not sure 4 maybe despite being short i never wore very high ones like some chicks. I've found that walking in high heels is a learned thing at least for me. I haven't worn any in so long and now wear them so infrequently that when i do wear them i stubble alot and am very clumsy lol not adding to my feeling of sexyiness or comfort when girlied up

Well have many many shoes/boots (more than 200) i only have 6 pairs that are 4" everything else is 5" and maybe 4 pairs of 6". I have no issues in 5" heels. I can dance in them, walk in them, and have worn them out for 6 hours with no problems. But remember if you buy cheap shoes they do not fit as well and will hurt your feet. The better shoes seem to be cut differently and feel much better on your feet and are easier to walk in.

3 1/2 is the highest. Odd enough it was also the cheapest hohhoho but it was really comfortable for its height. Also the first size 9 that I bought that fits with some... initial pain em... So i guess that one means something to me.

My heels are not very adventurist as they 2", the main problems are that with needing size 12 and having had a total ankle replacement I am not really wanting run the risk of stuffing things up. 8-[ 8-[

i wear the highest heels i can find in my size (US ladies 13), although it's hard to even stand in a shoe with a heel higher than 6". For walking i can't go very far in anything over 4". i'm six two, so a higher heel makes me really stand out. Still, i find them so sexy, especially with silky stockings and a short skirt - oh my.
