Your weight and crossdressing
I have been weight watching for the past year or so in order to look better in my femme clothes. I noticed I was squeezing into clothes that used to fit perfectly and I was looking less feminine with stretched button holes and zips. My waist and tummy was spoiling the shape of my dresses and making me look even more like a man in a frock. I was happy with my bum though because full-bum panties look good with a fuller bum inside them! I used to be in a crossdressing submissive relationship where a male friend would use an increase in my weight (among other things) as an excuse to spank me. I agreed to this and found it very helpful in keeping my weight down. I have fond memories of been marched in bra and panties down to the bathroom to be weighed and walking back with a smacked bottom and a promise to loose a pound in a week. I sometimes took out my falsies and replaced them with socks to fool him and try to avoid what I knew was coming. I would then have to put in a lot of effort to loose the extra weight and the weight of the falsies. I was eventually caught at this and received a severe panties down spanking that was as close to a genuine feminine punishment that women from another era could expect. I actually felt like a punished wife. Spanking women is his fetish so we both benefited from the experience. Unfortunately this friend has left the country and the pounds built up without his “helping hand“. I didn't want to loose much weight off my bottom as it is my only femme feature. Been under 5ft 3" and having a round bum makes me look quite feminine from the back even in drab and I don't want to loose that. If I was not a cross dresser I would hate my bum. I have managed to loose 14lbs over 6 months which was about 10% of my weight just by making small changes in diet and exercise and I am now inside my recommended BMI. My favourite dresses and blouses are fitting properly again and happily I only lost half an inch off my bottom and 1.5 off my tummy. I think if I wasn't a cross dresser I would probably be overweight. I associate calorie counting with women and this helps because it feels girly and you can do it while under dressed in the supermarket. I read other posts from girls that fill bras without falsies and I envy them that but then I think about what must be below the bra and shudder. I think been slim is been more feminine. Do other girls feel the same way?

I lost 75 lbs so I would look good when dressed as father of the bride.
Even though I knew the benefits of being slimmer with regard to more and better enfemme clothing options, it was my desire to look better for my daughter which motivated me.
Plus the improvement in health is an added bonus.
But I don't think one needs to be slim to be feminine.

well heres me and weight. I used to be huge but I lost it once ive decided to go through with the look and stick. I keep it up til I was able to fit in a size small. at the moment im somewhere hovering at 130lbs.
I can lose more but the thing is... it becomes pointless. I can lose more tummy or more bicep circumference but... by ribs wont shrink, my shoulders - being bones wont get reduced... its just argh.
its sad when youve jsut reached the limit even if you are actually willing to go on. but well, thats the thing here and in life in general just be accepting of your own limits, if it really has come to that.

I am one of those so called lucky people who has been thin all my life. This is a mixed blessing, while it certainly helps me look the part when I am dressed, I am just above the underweight line for my height and I have always found it much easier to lose weight than gain it. My doctor would like me to gain more weight (up to 30lbs) but as I have been like this all my adult life I can't see it changing any time soon.

You can go too far with weight loss. I do think that slim is more feminine but but you need to keep some fat if you want to look somewhat curvy. I could loose more weight and still be within my healthy weight but I would loose my girlie bum and I don't want that to happen. I do sit ups to tone my tummy muscles which means that you can carry fat there without it spoiling your overall shape

A little over a year ago, I went on the DEFAULT DIET. Never heard of it??, well my wife joined Weight Watchers and to help support her, I ate the same things she did, so by DEFAULT, I was on Weight Watchers too. LOL Over the last year I went from 175 to 145 and went from a size 16 to where I can wer some size 12's and size 14 look great on me.

Slim being beautiful is only in societies where there is a lot to eat. In much of the world fat is considered attractive because only the rich can afford to be fat. But America is where the poor are fat and the rich are thin, which shocks some folks when they get here.
All that aside, I lost a bunch of weight because the doctor said it would be good for my knees. It had the added effect of making me look more attractive in male mode, and giving me a nicer silhouette in female mode (can't say attractive in female mode, not with the beard.)
The weight loss did seem to help the knees. I don't need any other reason to be absolutly thrilled....

One of my problem has been a tiny but still annoying extra belly during my mature years. Crossdressing has helped me to loose it almost completely, meaning about six pounds weight loss. I'm very happy with that, knowing that fat between belly muscles is rather unhealthy.

Since I have retired from my sport and have dropped 20 some pounds and am looking for more, I am able to actually wear some of the really cute clothes that I have come across that seem to be allocated only to the smaller girls.
I saw an article a couple of years ago that compared girls from the 50's to girls in the 80's and I will have to paraphrase some of the information, but the average weight had climbed from around 135 - 145 pounds to around a 160 +/- average weight, for US girls!?
Found a really cute Evan Pecone "LBD" and if it is still there tomorrow I may just have to have it!.............. sorry that's another story!
DIET AND EXERCISE, ladies!
Love,
Virginia

Yea I got my share of extra weight here. I was slowly loosing the weight, but with the stress of the last year and the comfort food, as I sit her eating chips, I have put on about 15 lbs. I would like to loose about 50-60lbs. Now where did I leave that motivation. Maybe time to unpack some cute clothes and keep hung in everyday view.
