Girls how do I solve thisi? Do I need a cami underneath my dress or a special type of bra.
It shows just for about 1 cm showing the bow

You could try a different style of bra that may not come up so high in the center of the breasts. :) Of course, if you have your forms attached, you could try and go braless as well. ;)

Lengthen the shoulder straps and lower the bra a couple of centimeters.

I had that problem and started buying bras with separated cups that dont run close together. You really should shop at a dept store and just look at the ones where the cups are separated. Janet

I usually modify my dresses with something that covers most of my front, but for the less tailoring-inclined of us I just recommend you adjust the straps of your bra or use one of those tube-bras that are only held by spaghetti straps if you don't want the uncomfortable warmth of a cami.
