Soy or not to Soy

I read a book ablut 10 years ago about the benefit of eating soy to prevent prostrate cancer. I have taken about 2 Tblspn of soy powder 2-3 times a week ever since mixed with cereal or fruit. My PSA has remained at or below 1.0, but I have no other noticeable side effects. I am 64.

The soy is not tasty and is kind of a pain to take, especially when traveling. I saw a package of soy tablets for women in menopause in CVS the other day. Do any of you know what, or if, any side effect will result from taking the soy tablets?

I don't really want to increase breast size or create any other feminine traits (except to grow my hair back :):), but would love to simplify the use of soy in my diet.

Shouldn't have any feminizing effects, provided your testosterone is level is normal.

If soy was so powerful, it would be a drug regulated by law.

Now here's the fun thing. If you get prostate cancer at 64, you will probably outlive dieing from it.
