Went to work today,(I'm a machinist...go figure) then mowed a friends lawn, then treated myself and went and bought 6 new panties and a nightie. The panties were Vasarette, (3 solid, black,grey,and hot pink and 3 cute fun prints) and a solid white short nightie with a satin feel with lace trim. The best part was calling my wife and saying I would be a little late and the that I was going to pick up some panties and her laughing and saying "Well have fun". So I did. Oh yea, this was my first shopping trip for "girlie stuff" by myself and as luck would have it, a guy I knew came in line behind me and said "That's not your color." I replied that any color was my color, especially pink. He laughed and I laughed and went on my way. Ever secure in my girlieness.

Good on you. Next time you will not feel at all self-conscious

Oh I love it good for you I KNOW YOU HAD BLAST ....When my husband shopped for herself the frist time he said it was for me. lol I ware an XL and she wares a S.........

Good that you were confident to go shopping again.

Know the feeling. The first few times i went out was very self conscious, but now it is like i have been doing it all my life.
