Setting Goals

After finially getting my comfidence I needed to set goals to continue public interaction while enfem. Today was the day I see my therapist. I drive for 45 min in heavy traffic to her office. This time it was necessary to sit next to a GG. I smiled at her as I sat down. We didn't talk but sat side by side for half an hour. Her son, about 9 yeras old , came out of his visit and didn't clock me while they checked out.
Feeling giddy I decided to make some stops on the way home after my session. My first stop was Barnes and Noble where I purchased a SciFi novel of a series I follow. That went so well I decided to stop and buy some beer as I continued my way home. I stopped at a local CVS where I'm a customer for the purchase. Last thing to do was to stop at the bank to make a deposit. Drive thru of course is not a challenge. I'm setting goals for my self and it is becoming so easy now. I still have a few goals on my list and will share them as I fulfill them. It's difficult to express how wonderful it feels to be able to get out and about as Wendae. I still have to fly under the radar in my neighborhood and my wife still isn't a fan. So I can only get out for appointments and to attend meetings.

Congratulations on your new goals. =D> =D> =D>

For those of us that have a need to get out and about those are big steps. The good thing is the steps get easier as you go forward if you continue to get out and about more.

Hi Wendae--
Well, even with that limited time, you're getting in your social butterfly wings. It's fun to hear about your outings.
