This whole site seems very silent at the moment. We should ber thin kin g about what were are getting or buying ourselves for Christnas. i.e. new bras, panties, tops skirts etc. I am! I am hopig m y daughter might give me a nice feminine top after I cam out to her last month

well I'm not usually much of a chatterer, but I'll give it a go...

You're right, we should be talking about what we're getting/giving/hoping for Christmas. I did buy myself 3 new bras and 5 panties, along with some new tights. I wasn't planning to, and probably shouldn't have since I'm out of work and money at the moment..... but it was a good deal
Two of the bras are a style that I already had one other of, they have pretty embroidery and were my size, only $5 and colors that I needed anyway. The other one is really cute and has a nice floral pattern, unlike any other bra I have. So because of the floral pattern and the colors I thought it will go nicely with many of the panties I have.
I really didn't need any more panties, since I still have some in the drawer with the tags still on, but hey, a girl can never have too many. And they were only $4 so I got them just in case. (don't ask in case of what?)
But I really did need some new tights, and I got one pair of thick warm tights which will be very nice on the cold winter days ahead. Now what I really need is a strong, heavy-duty garter belt for some thick stockings I have. I have 4 or 5 pair of sweater stockings that are too thick for a regular garter belt, and they're really cute and will go perfect with some of my skirts, if I just had a way to hold them up

Maybe I will commission my dressmaker to fabricate something to my specifications.

I dont know what im having for xmas cos i like suprises better, but for my wifes and my own main pressie we're going to go out on a shopping trip in the new year, no kids and thats always fun

Ive been fighting the urge to buy myself anything and have trawled the shops focusing on the familys presents and ive done quite well really, but in the last week i caved just a teensy bit heehee. I found some pelerine socks, my size and knee high, so i HAD to get a five pack of those, ten plain white knickers and lastnight the store MADE me buy the last embroidered pink blouse that was half price. A low blow for sure but i did my bit for the economy

I know how that happens Karin, they hold your purse while you're trying it on and won't give it back until you buy the blouse. That's happened to me too, really, it has, I'm not joking, seriously..
They always get me with dresses though. And then I say, "well.... if I really HAVE to, it does look cute on me." And they always agree that it DOES look cute on me.

Besides the stuff I listed in another thread as either presents or gotten with present money, I bought some jeweled wedge flip flops, a low cut teal sweater with faux topaz jeweling and gold thread border around the neckline and 3/4 sleeves, a white angora sweater with cape effect yoke, 2 molded cup bras and a panty girdle. I wore the teal sweater and the flip flops (with red slacks) to a party on the 15th and really had fun. Thank God, it's been a really wonderful holiday season for me this year and I hope everybody else here has had as much fun as I have

I decided to treat myself this X-mas so I bought a couple of half slips, two nightgowns and a dress. It felt so good that I think

I will go dress shopping again.
