Habits that get in the way of CD'ing

Do any of you have any nasty habits that get in the way of your daily life, being it enfemme or just your normal you?
I for instance have 2 habits, one of wich I am sure I cannot ever help.
First of all, since I have a minor case of ASD (asperger) I can deal with pain easily, since my nerves don't respond heavily to it.
However, slight touches or other sensitive things are way more present. Thus, I hate having itches and I have to scratch.
Seeing as that isn't really ladylike it is really troubling when I am wearing a dress and I have an itch underneath.
Second of all, since I just started dressing again, I also want to do my nails, yet I can't help but bite them. I have very short and ugly nails, yet I don't want to resolve to fake nails. I tried several polishes that taste icky but I don't care since I just want to bit that iffy part off. After that I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth and a feeling of guilt. Still don't know how to deal with that.
Do you have any solutions for that? Or do you have any bad habits you want to share?

Dear Nicole,
Please try UV gel nails.
They are wonderful. Beautiful alone.
I love to rub them, a great sub for biting.
Unlike for natural, polish goes on top perfectly
and is easy to change with acetone.
I do couple of my nails in light blue (I'm a boy)
and coat all of them in clear for easy upkeep.
My favorite habit is rubbing my nails.

biting ones nails is very unladylike. carry a nail file or emery board in your purse. then when there is a little snag that needs to be smoothed down, just carefully file it away. you will basically be substituting one habit for a different one, which is easier than eliminating it completely, and your nails will be much nicer :)

Hmmm, never looked at it that way Ralitsa. I hate biting my nails and I never thought of substituting it for nother habit.
@Tamroi, sorry, but I don't want wear fake nails. The only fake thing I would wear is fake eyelashes, and I even have my doubts about them.
(Since I don't know if my natural eyelashes with mascara would be nice enough).

Dear Nicole,
UV gel is the same as nail polish
except it does not acetone off,
it does not chew off, it does not wear off,
and unlike false eyelashes or nail polish
it is totally maintenance free.
It looks exactly like untreated nails
except it is smooth and shiny
and extends as you wish.

Sorry I hurt your feelings
I know nothing about submissiveness.
I'm a typically lazy male as a caretaker
except when convinced that I am needed.

Ah, perhaps I could try that too. Perhaps polishing them with a nice colour is enough to stop biting as well ^^.
And you didn't hurt my feelings at all, no worries ^_^

Nicole,
Bless your heart.
When I use colored polish on bare nails
I get a mess
which does not last long before it chips.
When I use colored polish on uv gel nails
it comes out perfectly smooth and lasts forever,
and acetones off easily.
Maybe I'm just lucky.
I have no stake in it.
The disadvantage for me is that
it costs $40 and 2 hours to start.
Rubbing the slick feel with or without polish on it
is a better habit for me than biting.

I wish I had you.
You're sweet
and neither my wife or me
can cook worth a darn
or keep the house from a total mess.
She's snorkeling in Hawaii at the moment.
I must straighten etcetra
before our son arrives here in a few hours.
