I just bought a pair 38D Silicone Breast forms.

I still am a bit unsure of how to wear them. Should I use adhesive or just place them in a bra?

I would like to use adhesive but they are so expensive, more money to spend.

Can any one suggest the best adhesive?

Hey Ginger! You will hear various techniques quoted in regard to whether to use adhesive or not.

I tend not to use adhesive (since my skin is quite sensitive). My experience is that once you have been wearing the forms for about 15 minutes they warm up and adhere to the skin anyway. The bra keeps them in place and so they don't tend to wander off leaving you with that unsightly Richard the Third look.

In terms of road testing ... I go out dancing quite regularly and so um ... Well let's juss say they stay in place nicely!

I agree with Ginny, all my years of dressing I simply insert my forms in what ever bra I am wearing and they stay put all day and it's true after your chest heats them up a little they will get a little tacky and stay in place. Just remember to wash them with warm water and a dab of soap and keep them clean, my pair is over 12 years old and still in very good shape.

I have 3 sets, small, medium and large. So I can fill out the rite outfit correctly.
I never use glue, just find the correct bra for your look.

Have you not ever filled out your bra before the forms? What worked then will work with forms. I had to comment because we, meaning a group of friends, recently had this discussion. A couples meeting of CD's and spouses, I'm still giggling a bit over some comments that night. You need a full coverage, support bra to keep the girls in place. Adhesives only attach to your outer skin, the weight of the breast is hanging on your skin, not inner tissue.
Gluing on forms will not make you be able to jiggle like a braless 20 year old without skin damage, especially a D size.
There are pocket bras sold for forms after a mastectomy to consider.

Eileen is right for the most part.

Myself, I'm a no-glue girl. I just make sure my bras are properly sized for the girls. The better the fit and the less the roam. I do have masectomy bras when I really dont want the forms to be showing and I am figuring to do a lot of bending over. The girls can't slip out of the pockets but can slip from a normal bra cup if not very careful. Rare, bu they can.

I frequently prefer no forms in my A cup bras, but more frequently now I do like to enhance the curvature of my breasts with the enhancers you can purchase for about $15 at places like Walmart.

Congrats: I also have ordered a new pair of breast forms from janetscloset.com. I wear mine in a regular bra and have not had any problems.
