Hi.
Please, some expert or personal advice.
Are orchiectomy and estradiol
healthy or dangerous for an old man?

You'll have to ask a doctor.

Never heard any one having problems with the surgery; hormones are always a concern.

Hi,

Depends on the person the younger one is , is of cause much better, yet if you are in good health and no concerns not over weight keeping on the move so your body is good for blood flow .
of cause a non smoker and non drinker thats not to say a few drinks are not okay just not a heavy drinker , and a good healer, .

now meds depends on type dose rate and how many different ones are needed remember drugs meds are synthetic and can and do damage so the need for many blood tests before you start on any meds and more so after theres 7 to 14 blood tests that should be done lets say you have a high iron or cholesterol then that needs to be sorted or blood clotting issues, those are details you may not know about so would be picked up by the blood tests so its very importaint to have an Endocrinologist advise you /

After surgery depending on your healing time and how you react to the needle drugs used and other issues you may or could have, , i'v had quite a few surgerys and major ones so i know what can happen ((( and did,))) so be very aware .

remember it could be a small surgery or major, things can go very wrong, so just keep that in mind yet every thing could just be so neat,

all the best in what ever you do,
