Dropping by after a long absence

I wish I had a good excuse. Heck, I wish I had any excuse at all.
I changed laptops awhile back, and the link didn't copy over, which was OK, because the forum has changed names since my last visit!
Working temps jobs has been good and bad. The pay has been good when I'm working, and the long periods in between have also been good, in other ways. Looking back on the last big unpaid vacation, what was I thinking? Or was I thinking?
I don't come here for me. I'm fortunate that my wife(of 38 years) accepted me for me long before we were married. I accept me for me, as I am. I should spread whatever wisdom I have with those who still haven't fully come to terms with their spot on the gender spectrum.
Shame on me for not participating more. I have affection for most everyone I've met here, and I promise to try harder to stop by more regularly in the future. Working 50+ hours and commuting another 10 will make that hard. I just need to make it a priority.
