I figure this is a good a place as any to bring this subject up. Today while watching some females at the well mall you could call it. I watched several different women act and walk, while I was not paying extreme attention (I did not want to seam like a perv or something), I noticed two women. Woman number one was wearing a skirt (something I did not see that many other woman wearing) I noticed she also wore shoes with a slight heel. I am not too sure but she may have been wearing sheer stockings or she is has really nice legs I am not sure. I kind watched her walk and posture it was confident. Woman number two was interesting. She was wearing bell bottom jeans (that got me) she to was wearing shoes with a heel and I noticed that what I saw in woman number one. They walk more toe heel. That made me think about my own way of walking where I walk heel toe. This may explain how they both seemed to stand so confident in there pose.
Just some observations I had made. Does any one else have some observations that may help in what ever way.

Interesting Jessie. I've made sure to check ladies strides downtown (DC), and have yet to see one walk toe-to-heel. Maybe they were CDs and walking as a number of CD sites suggest?

Okay, I couldn't resist. I went to one of my favorite websites and here it is:
1. Step with your heel down first, then let the sole follow quickly and smoothly.
2. Walk with your toes pointing straight ahead or as close to straight ahead as possible.
3. Swing your arms as you walk for balance.
4. Keep your legs straight, close and parallel.
5. Take smooth, even steps; consider shortening your stride a bit.
6. Avoid walking on ice, slush, mud, grass, sand, gravel and grated surfaces, on which you can slip or sink. When in doubt, take off your heels and carry them across such questionable surfaces in your bare feet.
The website is ehow.com. Usually I am looking for things like how to shut off the water in my house or restart the furnace, but da*n, they got (almost) everything there. LOL

I read somewhere a while ago that its put the ball of your feet down first, witch makes all 3 ball, heal, and toe come down almost at the same time, i wish i could ware 4 inch heals, i am 6'3'' tall and wareing those heals make me feel like Mrs. Jolly green giant, my fav is 2.5 inch heals, and sandle types that show off my nicely painted toe nails
