Not sure which area to put this in , so I hope you don't mind it being here.
This afternoon I had one of the few chances I ever get to spend time CDed. My son went to his friends for a while to play video games and my wife to her mom to see her grandmother at the nursing home. She told me they would be gone about an hour. So when they left,it was off to her clothes! Today I got out a skirt which came about middle shin area on me, knee high hose( she has no panty hose,darn it!) , and a nice short sleeve sweater. Since her parents live next door and she was driving, I spent the time in the bedroom going thru some mail from the past few days and such. Being back there I could hear them when they returned. I had about an hour, maybe a little more,to enjoy the feeling. I went to the kitchen a few times for a drink and also to check out front for visitors. As I walked thru the house,it was very nice to feel the skirt flowing across my legs.I just wish the time could have been longer but not the case. I also would like to get a few things of my own that fit me so I wouldn't have to be going thru her things. She knows I go thru them and I haven't gotten to talk with her again since our talk a few weeks ago. Next chance I get,when I get the courage,I am going to ask her if we could go shopping for me. Wish me luck that she will say yes,

I am glad you were able to enjoy some girl time, and especially applaud you for wanting to get your own things. Wearing hers (with out her permission) is not good for your relationship.
I have to agree with my sisters, you really need to get your own wardrobe. Most GG's not only have a problem with understanding us and why we do and or feel the way we do, the problem compounds itself if they feel that they are involuntarily contributing to our situation. As for asking her to go shopping with you, you know our matra, "Small steps, just small steps!" I would want to make sure that she was really comfortable with knowing you were even wanting to dress. You may want to start with just panties with out her help.. Example: not knowing your waist size but a 38" to 40" waist would probably be fairly comfortable in a size 8 to 10. Of course the various cuts come into play as well. Just to come out and say, "Honey, would you go shopping with me to help me pick out some feminine clothes?" May be more than she is ready to handle, but you know your relationship better than any of us do. Good luck and keep us posted as to how you choose to proceed,

Thanks for the comments, . She does know I am in her clothes at times. My thoughts are I would like more my size and style. Being about 6 foot,170 to her 5 ft 6 and weight(?) there is a difference. And yes I am taking it slow.
