Breast Size

Hi Ladies,

As new member of the group, I have to admit that I was lured by a comment that I saw when browsing it prior to my having been a member. I ran across a comment about breast size and wanted to add my thoughts on the topic.

As persons that adore being in clothing of the opposite sex, we do not want to be diesrespected or embarassed, for we are already trying to find our way through something so idiotically condemned. Many of you feel that ladies like us should not have large breasts, and that is definitely your opinion. However, being a full-figured gal (6'4", 300lbs.) there is no way that I am going to walk around with a C-cup and expect to feel sexy.

Ever since I began dressing, I realized that I have an affinity for large breasts. The women I date have large breasts, my mother has them (I mention this because that is who most of us emulate), and the women that I adored as a young child had them; so I cannot feel bad for being a DD/DDD-cup when I am Kira.

Kira is voluptuous and sexy, she loves the feel of her undergarments and loves to feel her breasts bounce as she walks; it makes her feel like the woman she is. How could I take that from her/me, it would be foresaking all that Kira is based upon. So, for those that feel large breasts are overzealous, I have to say that you could be passing judgment on something you do not understand.

Kira,

It's all about pleasing oneself. I must say though, as a bigger girl, you would probably look out of proportion were you to have smaller breasts. What really matters is that you are happy with the way you look and feel. It's not like society is ever going say "oh! look it's a crossdresser and we would accept her, but her breasts are too big".

Here's to pleasing oneself.

Love always,
Elizabeth

Hi, Kira, and may I say that I fully agree with Elizabeth? Good!

If you were to take a close look at us GG's, you'll find that in most cases the breast size is proportionate to the overall size of the woman, but not always!! Even when comparing the same/similar sized women, you will notice that some have smaller breasts than others, some larger. Genetics greatly affect breast sizes, even amongst sisters!

I say, go with what works for you, Kira, and for your height and weight, a DD/DDD-cup would look right and not 'out of place'.

That is SO good, E! I'm glad I wasn't drinking milk in the school cafeteria when I read that--you know what happens then!

Yeah, Kira, this is a tough issue to deal with. I have pretty much settled on B+ for daily wear, and that goes with my 6' 1", 165 lbs. It sometimes looks like that is too small in some pictures of me. But at other times I feel like I'm on parade with them. It takes a real effort to stand up straight. When I started out I experimented with a large C, but I quickly came down from that. When I perform on a stage, I go a slight bit larger--maybe it's a B++.

When I first ordered breastforms I had a long heart to heart talk with Nancy at the BFS. I wanted average size not small as my mother was very small, but I didn't want to attract attention. So a long story short I wear a C cup and I would say I am average. But I had a chance to try a pair of D's and fell in love with them, so next time Carol Ann will go up to a D cup. Besides being heavier and a lot more bounce they just look good and to me don't seem to be over size, and honey they FILL out a dress very well. (--) Carol Ann

PS:
Then I have an excuse to purchase all new bras :P

I guess this subject is very close to my chest (HA! -Ha! :P ), you have to understand that I am one of those men, for some reason starting as a child, that had more than a normal amount of breast tissue, I was teased about it all of my growing years. Not to say I have breasts  , but I could fit into an A-cup with no problem. You could guess the comments that were made to me by some; my only saving grace is that I went through a growing stage that rivaled my classmates. I was 6’ 1” by the time I was 14 and also being chubby made me a big guy to deal with. But the teasing stuck with me all of my life, to this day I hate removing my shirt in public (like the beach or swimming pool). Now for the plus side of this issue is now that I’m coming to terms with my CD’ing and enjoying the feelings, this all helps my overall look. I do wear breast enhancers for the weight and overall look in most of my clothes, of course being who I am, I’m still broad across the chest, I can’t seem to get the cleavage that I’m looking for. What’s a girl to do? :-k By the way, I prefer the look of small breasts. Always have.

I think the suggestion for small breasts has to do with passing publicly and not calling attention to ourselves. We want to stay in porportion to our bodies and also not invite guys to stare. Thats all that is going on with that idea.

I can fill an AA cup unaided and for a long time felt very self conscious about this. However I have been going to the gym a lot for the last year and the same is true of a lot of the guys there- All that weight lifting develops the pecs. So it embarrasses me a lot less now.

Sometimes I like a C cup. I'm 6-3 and about 230 lbs. Other times they make my back sore and more and more I am enjoying the little JC Penney enhancers which bring me up to an A in my light little bralette. It also works pretty well with nothing but me in them which in the summer is nice.

You can't please all the people all the time... so, you may as well just please yourself!

Proportion is the key to bust size. I know of some GGs who had implants and they look totally out of proportion. Like they're going to fall over forward at any minute!
But, it works for them and they're happy.. that's what really counts I guess.

I find a B to large B/Small C to work perfect for me. Looks right and I feel great.

I have forms that will give me the large B to small C that I usually will wear when dressing up in a nice top and skirt. For weekends when I'm just wearing jeans or shorts and tank or casual top, I've found the breast enhancers work great. Under a padded bra they give me a very nice B cup and just feel perfect.

Have fun!!

On the comment of breast size yes it would be what pleases you. Now as for being a good size for the body size and weight, I have a GG friend that is rather good sized. Not fat just not small either and she has an A on one side and a C on the other. She complains about buying bras and swimsuits. So in nature they do not always match the size of the person. Me I guess I could fit nicely in a B as I sit now as the top for the two peice swimsuits I have are all XL just so they go around but the cups do not feel like they need extra padding.

Now here's a thought that is bound to offend a bunch of people.

I was out walking the other night and it was hot and humid and the bra was really uncomfortable after a while. I started to think.

Given that women now schedule C sections to avoid the unplanned nature of natural childbirth-i.e nature is just not all that convenient.

Given that we have stomach stapling for over eating.

Then there is breast enhancements, breast reduction, cellulite removal, nips and tucks and so on.

Wouldn't it be a lot more comfortable and convenient if after they were done nursing their children women just had a double masectomy and forgot about those awkward things hanging off of their chest that are heavy, uncomfortable, require clothing and make people stare?

So just how many issues have I opened up at once? I'll go off to the woodshed now but this is one of the truly great things about being a guy in the summer.

Don't expect the men to agree but I wonder if the idea has any merit to the GGs

I am comfortable wearing modest B cup bras with light padding. I am 5' 9", small boned, and I prefer having a small bust. For myself, having a small bust doesn't attract unwanted attention compared with having a large bust.

Hi Girls:

I am 6', 149 - 155lbs, depending on the time of year and exercise level. I am small boned, [37-38], [29-30], 35.

I have gone through the [size] issue and now pretty much adjust to what I am wearing. T-shirt tops etc, I go with a nice [A] using semi-solid quality breast forms. Blouses, dresses, I use my cup bra with [c-sized] breast forms that are more fluidic providing good weight distribution and movement. They fit my thin rail form proportionally and in realistic terms.

To be rather honest on this subject, you must consider that the natural breast is very fluidic, that is, more fluid than solid mass. It was designed that way so when a woman lays down, the breasts naturally smooth out to the side of the body rather than stay on top like little lighthouses (as in implants). :)

So, anything man-made that uses silicone is going to reflect the weight and balance but not the completely true anatomical condition. Ask any woman that has implants. Good, bad or indifferent, they are not the total solution, just a half-way measure that is curently the best we can do for now in medical science. Of course there is the newer water-gel based implantable forms which it is my understanding do a better job of emulation of the real breasts fluidic style. :)

Discounting any reason for having them, wanting them etc., I think that proportion can be debated. I went to a respectable, responsible web site that provides a clear view of before/after implant work by many physicians.

You learn very quickly that there is great variation in the human form. While all the photos repsectively reflect woman, I can see how some of them feel that something needed to be done for their fit and form.

This just seems to be the "human condition." We are bound and destined to want to improve upon ourselves in both mental and physical ways. I will say this; after dressing and putting on my makeup and hair, I turn around and tada, smiling back at me is this really happy woman! The rest is proportional to my happiness!

Hugs

Well put Danielle, as always. Initially there was sited three things that CD'ers need and I added a fourth:
1. the proper foundation color (make-up)
2. a good wig!
3. a nice, bright smile!
4. a properly fitted bra!!!
size is irrevelant --- well upto a point! For those of us who venture out in public and try to pass and to "blend -in" as set of DDD or EE's (or I once saw an ad for a bra 58-GG! and they did not mean genetic girl!) it is not something that we want our breasts entering a room minutes before we get there. Decreation is the better part of valor or big boobs for that matter!

My wife and I share the same band size 42/44 depending on the brand. My silicone forms are a C cup, just very slightly larger than my wife.

I have broke in a couple of bras for her that had cups just a little too tight for her initially.

How big is too big a breast size? If you have to apply for a new postal zip code for them, it may be a good idea to scale back a bit  .
