Hi all,
Regardless of your actual appearance when en femme, how do you see yourself?

When dressed I see only Cathii, the girl in the mirror is the only person I have ever wanted to be. Now I wish I looked a little more like Amy Lee from Evanescence, but I will be content just being me!

Great topic CJ!!
I would say that the young CD's may see themselves as pop idols but us oldies have to be content with looking heaps better as women and be satisfied with that. As I have short white hair, I often cringe if I take off my wig in the mirror and instantly want it on again so I can look half decent again. Trust me, Christie is a far better looking woman than Chris is a man!!! Thank goodness for makeup and hair!!!
BTW: Our national idol, Dame Edna, got no votes!! shame on you, girls. Mind you I don't think I'd want purple hair either!! and the glasses too!!

Hey whats wrong with purple hair? I had purple hair for about 6 months this year......... and that was my boymode hair, not my wig.....hmmmmm wonder how much a spiked purple wig would cost??? If I turn up to a meeting with a purple wig you know it is all your fault Christie LOL

I voted for Ms. Aguilera, but only because there were no options for either brunettes or redheads.

Good question, but hard to answer. Depends on how I feel at thge moment. Most of the time I just see myself, sometimes I think I look like a version of Milton Berle.

Pretty much I see a man (myself) in a dress playing make believe. Sometimes I sort of see a woman but she's not the sort of person who would be a celebrity. And shes not very feminine-she in fact is quite the tomboy.

I see myself as a man but from the neck down I do enjoy how I look(ever see a woman with a mustache, haha). I mostly dress for how it makes me feel.

Kari and Group:
On this side of the pond, "church girdles" are those undergarments that are on small size for the person donning them.
Often times getting into your tight dress for church means you must put these items on to wear dress!
Enduring these items for a long time is a thril to some of us!
LOL
