This time 2 years ago I posted a thread about sighting a schoolboy in a schooldress walking the street , I am pleased to have sighted this occur again.
At the end of the school year students have a day to play pranks called muckup day , unfortunatly over the years these pranks have got out of hand and people have been injured and property damaged .
Many schools have now warned their students that these dangerous pranks are no longer tollerated and if they become involved they will be expelled from the end of year exams.
A number of school principals have adopted a DRESS-UP DAY instead , this way the boys can have a day in girls uniform or whatever.

If only I could go back to school for a day it would be dressup day :)

I wonder if I would have been brave enough to do that. Seems like, being a CD, that hiding it was paramount.

I had no desire to dress up at age 17 so I doubt that I would have attempted it , however I had the right hair for the job.

I wouldn't hesitate these days , I wont hesitate next year when I put on my uniform and schoolbag for a few photos around town.

I wish they would have gotten rid of those pranks sooner... I almost got hit with a super soaker full of bleach *sighs* That was terrible.

My friend and I were walking home from school, and a bunch of jocks in a jeep started driving towards us. We had all ready been warned about the super soakers full of bleach and... bodily fluids.

Luckily, before they got to us, we moved far enough away from the road that we were out of their range.

I was always very dissapointed with such distasteful pranks.

I would have much perferred something like a dress up day, or a crazy hair day, or whatever. Anything would have been better than having to dodge that bullet, so to speak.

However, I do remember in Junior High School, we used to have dress up days like that. Quite a few people took advantage of it, actually. I thought it was kind of neat. I always liked to see what creative things people would come up with.

I don't remember what we did in High School, other than Halloween celebrations but nowadays my kids' schools have pajama days and crazy hair days. My son has had a mohawk and has shaved his head to look like a basketball!
