So iv been looking around latly and I've decided I need new heals but I don't want to spend a lot of money where rare some good places to find size 12 heals that arnt throw the roof :/ any suhestions let me know pleas :* xoxo

You could try Shoe Carnival if you don't find anything at Payless. They usually have good prices up this way.
