Oh Happy Day!

Post by Carla Michelle »

Yay! =D> A package I was expecting today arrived. Right after I got off the phone with my best friend, who I am not out to yet, and he was getting a couple of chicken sandwiches for us and ON THE WAY OVER when I heard the FedEx truck. #-o I raced out to the front porch as fast as my cane would let me, grabbed my package and ran, well actually I kind of hobbled along at a much faster pace than normal, back inside.

I got everything unpacked from the big bag and out of the individual bags. I got everything put up before (let's just call him Bob, makes things easier than saying my best friend every time) Bob got here :whistle: and we had lunch while I looked for a house again. We checked out a few houses and I found another really cute house that I am NOT getting my hopes up for. Then he left. I could barely contain my excitement when Bob left. ..^..

Here's what all I got. This is a little above my budget at the moment, but a girl does have to have some clothes.
T-shirts http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-W ... k/22881246" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Shorts http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-W ... k/22082261" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Shorts http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-W ... 23323?_mm=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Tank w/shelf bra http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-W ... k/12535908" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Skirt http://www.walmart.com/ip/Bella-Bird-Me ... t/22018762" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Sandals http://www.walmart.com/ip/Women-s-Pia-T ... l/22356700" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Everything is GREAT! And so much cooler than any of my equivalent male clothing. The fit on the shorts is really comfortable. They are much shorter than any shorts I've worn before but not too short. They aren't 'booty shorts'. lol The T-shirts fit and will fit better over the summer as I lose weight. Sam thing with the tank. You can see every bit of fat I've got at this time. :(( I mainly got the tank for when I'm riding. I have 2 pair of bib-shorts for bicycling. One a male pair, the other a womens pair that my friend I came out to gave me, they were a little bit big on him and fit me perfectly. With both pair I can tuck the tank inside the bib part of the shorts and it'll look much better.

I plan to wear the skirt and a t-shirt to the next TG support group Monday night, if I can get a ride. I can't really afford any make-up at this time, so shaving really good will have to do. ^^_|| (<<for you sis)

Over all I am very happy with everything. Wearing the tank and a pair of the shorts 2nd in the list above. And the sandals. The shelf bra in the tank is really nice. I have some natural b cups that are almost a c and the shelf bra fits real good and comfortably. It also gives enough support that I don't feel any jiggling when bouncing. *-* Not that I do a lot of bouncing but it is nice to know.

And since I now have some actual female clothing I should have a female name. I had decided a few days ago and have shared with some people but I want you all to know. Carla ( female version of my real name) Michelle (also female version of real name) and my nickname from childhood Mickey, is probably what I'll go by. Mickey is both a male and female name, I can use it and smile inside knowing the truth. I'll keep my same last name as it the name I got from my adopted father and he is the only earthly father I've ever known.

YAY! I am so happy right now in spite of circumstances that seem to not want me to be happy right now.

So last night was the night a group of people meet up at a local bicycle shop and do a 20 mile bike ride. Since this Rheumatoid Arthritis hit me hard about a year and a half ago I've not been riding like I used to. :( A 20 mile bicycle ride used to be just a small part of my daily mileage. Until last night I'd not ridden a total of 20 miles in a week, I went for months without riding at all last year. I'd gained a bit of weight again. :((

I'm a big girl at a smidgen under 6 foot and ~225 lbs. I've lost about 25 lbs over the last couple of months but still have a ways to go. The smallest I've been since I was a teenager was 15 years ago when I first got a really nice bike. I lost all the way down to 165lbs *-* and was there for about 2 weeks at most. I went back up to 185 in muscle weight and stayed there for a year or more. blah blah blah I'm rambling again now. My point being that even at 165 I still had some nice b-cup breasts. I say nice now, but when I was trying to live as a man I could never wear a skin tight shirt. :oops:

omg I write a book just to say this. The racer back tank I got, with the shelf bra in it. @@9@@ I LOVE IT! @@9@@ It's "workout wear" so it is made for exercising in. Which is what I did last night in it. *-* With the bib-shorts my friend gave me and the tank tucked into them and then my other bike gear I rode to the bike shop for the ride. It was the most enjoyable ride I've ever done @@9@@ and I bet I've got well over 50k miles on bike in the last 15 years. But this was the first time I felt... rightly dressed. The shelf bra held the girls in place very nicely \:D/ and at times I had to look down to make sure I still had a shirt on it was that comfortable. I'm looking forward to the next ride. Unfortunately it's going to rain today. ^^_||

If only I can get my housing issues fixed I would be the happiest girl in the world.

glad for you carly michelle. Ask SilverLady to do a name change thing for ya.

The housing will magically resolve itself. (hope hope)

You are going to need more closet space for your nicely selected wardrobe.
