A review of Femforms/Femskin/Sculpted Mold Works

Post by BillieAnn »

Please consider this a review of a product and advice to fellowette Cders.

Before I ordered forms from Sculpted Mold Works, I called them, two times separated by two weeks. Each time I asked the same questions about the edges. Each time I asked if they tapered and could be blended in to the skin. Each time I told them that I was looking for something that could be worn with a dress with straps and a sheer cover. Each time I was told about the edges as shown on their website. If you look at the picture from their website of the forms, with the blue background, you will see. Note the edges that taper similar to the other manufacturer’s edges like Aphrodite. What I received is nothing like this. What I received has edges that appear to be hacked off with a steak knife. They are rough and have a reverse angled back surface that causes the outer edge to be raised above whatever these are going to be attached to. Or the outer edge must be secured by the thin ring of roughly cut silicone, which will have little holding power, and causes the outer surface to intersect the attached to surface at nearly a right angle. So these are clearly not at all like the picture on the website.
I contacted them and asked about this. I have not used these, I contacted them immediately on receiving them, they are new, one is in the original packaging and the other opened only to discover the discrepancy. Like their website says, NO RETURNS. This applies even if you do all the pre sale diligence, what you get does not look like what they show on their website, and the items are totally new/unused.
These really are unsuited for anything other than inside one of their Femskin suits because of the horrible edge. For the $155.00 with adhesive and shipping,if I had known that this is what the product looked like, I would have been better off buying something from PALS or another supplier.

No returns means do not patronize.
