I think a maxi dress is preferable to a maxi skirt in hot weather. With a skirt there is a heat barrier at the waist, but with a dress, there is free circulation of air (almost) all of the way up. Far cooler!

What seems like the right thing to do could also be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life.

Nice Kittie :) Colour? Whatre you going to wear it with? Is it wide at the bottom, or narrower? These arent something ive tried yet really. The longest i have is an ankle length denim skirt. not quite pencil...
Its an absolute nightmare trying to get over the babies stairgate in it ..^..

i have tried on several of my wife's long skirts and like the way they feel but i cant seen to find a suitable top to go with it that i think looks good. i like to show off my legs, so i mainly wear mini skirts or knee length or short shorts.

White goes with all colors, even florals.

In your avatar, your naked (i.e. shaven/bald) head is balanced by the great expanse of legs. I'm just wondering if that is really the problem. Like if you wear a long skirt it ruins the balance and you can't right that with different tops.

OH, yes please! If Tammy gets to have a wardrobe when she's settled down, I would have maxi dresses for summer and long skirts for winter. Floral or solid colour doesn't bother me, as long as looks cute. I'd lean more towards tiers and layered ruffles over pleats in long skirts, though.
Very happy being a guy, but I also love fashion. We are all valued, and my feminine side is just one facet of the gem as a whole.

I borrowed my wife's long floral skirt. I love it makes me feel so girly. I plan to wear it again next time I dress.
