Epilators; Who has used one?

I have found that using the epilator while the hair is about 1/4 inch makes it less painful
and pulls out the hairs. It is a bit painful at first but as I do it weekly or twice a week over the past few months it becomes as easy as using an electric razor.. I think that if you shave and then
epilate you wont be able to pull the hair out. The idea of the epilator is to pull out the hair. When you do it weekly the hair grows in thinner and makes the legs feel smoother even though you haven't shave for a week.

I only shave before the start of epilating
Then use it frequently as hair grows out
getting more hairs every day till it is smooth .
